Warranty Period:
The overall warranty period is 1 year. The warranty for core components (traction machines, control cabinets, safety gears, and speed governors) is extended to 5 years.
During the warranty period, all costs for maintenance and component replacement caused by manufacturing defects will be covered by us.
The factory covers an area of 120,000 m² with 90,000 m² of production workshops and an 87m high test tower. Annual productive capacity is 80,000 sets. We introduce advanced intellectual devices such as automatic feed warehouses, automatic painted flow-lines, and robot flow-lines to ensure safe and smooth product design.
