What is the minimum and maximum thickness you can work with?
Our working range is from 0.05mm (thin foils) to 12.0mm (heavy structural plates). The most common range is 0.5mm to 6.0mm.
What file formats do you need for a quotation?
We prefer 2D drawings in PDF or DWG/DXF format. 3D models (STEP, IGS, SLDPRT) are extremely helpful for complex parts and DFM analysis.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For custom tooling, our standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces. For parts using standard or shared tooling, the MOQ can be lower (1,000-5,000 pieces).
Can you provide material certifications?
Yes. We provide full Material Test Certificates (MTCs) from the mill for all raw materials used in your production run.
What is your typical lead time?
For new projects, tooling takes 4-8 weeks. Mass production takes an additional 2-6 weeks. Repeat orders typically ship within 4-8 weeks.
What if there is a quality problem with the parts?
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange for replacement parts, rework, or credit.
