What is the warranty policy for spare parts?
We include free vulnerable parts in each shipment. Any components damaged due to quality issues within 13 months of the B/L date will be replaced free of charge after confirmation.
How are the elevators packaged for international shipping?
We use standard export-grade wooden boxes and professional bundling to ensure all equipment is protected during transit.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit) for our orders.
What is the standard delivery timeframe?
Production and delivery typically take 20-45 working days following the signing of the contract and receipt of the deposit.
