This residential home lift is manufactured in strict compliance with GB/T 21739-2008, specially designed for villas, duplex apartments and private home aging-in-place renovations. With a rated load capacity of 250-400kg for 2-6 passengers and a running speed ≤ 0.4m/s, it perfectly balances safety and riding comfort.
We provide four drive systems: traction, screw, hydraulic and machine-room-less strong drive, supporting pit-free design, integrated self-contained shaft and concrete shaft installation. The minimum footprint is only 1.2 square meter, with flexible door options (right-angle door, through-door, etc.), suitable for both new construction and existing home renovation.
