Yes. Complete installation manuals are provided with the equipment. Remote support is available via video/email. If required, technicians can be dispatched to your site.
What is the guarantee and spare parts policy?
We provide free vulnerable parts with the container. Quality-related damage within 13 months of the B/L date will be replaced free of charge.
What kind of packaging do you use for export?
Standard export packaging consists of reinforced wooden boxes and secure bundles to ensure safe transport.
What are your accepted terms of payment?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit).
Can we visit the production facility before ordering?
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our manufacturing park to inspect our quality and production process.
