Our specialized shopping cart escalator is designed to make the retail experience more convenient and efficient. Many shopping centers and supermarkets face challenges when building structures cannot accommodate large moving walks. The E-cart shopping escalator solves this by providing a dedicated, space-saving solution for transporting shopping carts between floors.
No rejected raw material is accepted. The QC department inspects all incoming materials. Faulty items are immediately returned to suppliers. Only certified materials enter the warehouse.
Weekly production plans and digital tracking boards in each workshop ensure all managers and workers are aligned. Daily machine status checks are performed before and after operation.
Parts are packed in solid plywood boxes suitable for long-term sea freight. Critical components like control cabinets and motors are protected with film and desiccant.
Our QC process involves five distinct stages: Raw material verification, in-production commissioning, final matching tests between motors and cabinets, package integrity checks, and loading supervision to prevent missing parts.
