Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above according to your requirements.
What colors and thickness can you provide for powder coating?
We can do any color for powder coat as long as you provide the color sample. Our standard powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
How is the weather resistance for your wood grain finish?
We use Akzo Noble Interpon D1010 powder and Italian Menphis film. It complies with American AAMA Standard 2603, passing 1000-hour UV and salt spray tests, offering a 10-year color guarantee.

What is the typical delivery time for orders?
It takes 2-3 weeks to open new moulds and create samples. Mass production typically takes 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and order confirmation.

Our standard MOQ is 2 tons. Payment terms are usually 30% deposit via T/T, with the balance paid before shipment.
