What are the accepted terms of payment?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight. Usually, a 30% advance payment is required with the order, and the remaining 70% balance is settled before shipping.
What kind of packing is used for export?
We use standard export packing, which includes Ply-Wood cases, pallets, and PE-film to ensure maximum protection during transit.
What is the quality guarantee period?
The quality guarantee is two years from the date of handover or 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier.
