2. What is your policy for spare parts and warranty?
We provide free vulnerable parts with each container. We offer a 13-month guarantee from the B/L date; any parts damaged due to quality issues will be replaced free of charge after confirmation.
3. What kind of packaging is used for export?
We use standard export-grade wooden cases and bundles to ensure the safety of the equipment during transport.
4. What are the accepted payment terms?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit).
5. What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Standard delivery time is between 20-30 working days after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
6. Which port do you use for loading?
