What are the Payment & Trade Terms?
T/T in advance and L/C at sight are approved. FOB, CFR, and CIF terms are workable with our reliable forwarders. You may also handle the shipment through your own forwarder.
What information is needed for a price inquiry?
Essential details include: A. Capacity (number of persons/kg); B. Number of floors/stops/doors; C. Shaft size (width and depth); D. Machine room location; E. Escalator dimensions if applicable.
How is the equipment packaged for transport?
All elevator parts are packed into solid wooden cases. Generally, a single 20' container is sufficient to load one set of a 6-floor elevator system.
How are installation and maintenance handled?
We provide comprehensive guidebooks and technical support. Local engineers can typically finish the installation using our documentation. If necessary, we can send engineers to guide installation and train your workers.
