This shopping cart escalator makes shopping more convenient. Many shopping malls and supermarkets cannot install moving walks due to space constraints, or they have escalators that cannot transport carts, affecting the customer experience. The E-cart shopping escalator solves these problems by enabling efficient installation and separation of people and carts.
Compared to ordinary moving walks, this system saves construction space and improves space utilization. It is a special channel for shopping carts that eliminates safety hazards associated with pushing carts by hand on standard escalators. It runs synchronously with conventional escalators (30°, 35°) and is installed in parallel, allowing customers and carts to move up and down simultaneously.
From raw materials to finished products, a strict operation system controls every step. Only qualified materials enter the warehouse.
QC departments check all incoming materials. Any faulty items are returned to suppliers immediately. Bulk electronic products undergo sampling inspections.
Weekly production plans and digital boards ensure all workers and managers are aligned. Machines are checked before operation daily to maintain peak status.
Parts are packed in solid, fumigation-free plywood boxes for sea shipping. Critical components like control cabinets and motors are wrapped in strong film with desiccant.
The process includes raw material inspection (QC1), commissioning checks (QC2), match testing for motors and cabinets (QC3), package condition verification (QC4), and final loading checks (QC5) with photographic records.
