What are your standard payment and trade terms?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight. Common trade terms include FOB, CFR, and CIF. We can work with your forwarder or provide shipping assistance through our reliable partners.
How are the elevator components packaged for transport?
All elevator parts are packed in solid wooden cases for export. Generally, a 20' container is sufficient to load one set of a 6-floor elevator.
How do you handle installation and maintenance?
We provide comprehensive guidebooks and technical support. You can use local professional engineers to save costs, or we can send engineers to guide installation and train your maintenance staff.
