Portainers
These machines are designed and manufactured to operate in the harshest of environmental conditions.
They are typically utilised for the loading and unloading of containers and "Hupacs" (combined transport) and have a handling capacity of 40 Tons.
The handling capacity of 40 Tons reflects the current standards for containers of 40 feet.
The dimensions are normally designed for the storage and handling of at least 3 containers on the ground and 2+1 in height.
Ascom can however, manufacture different variations in accordance with specific customer requirements.
These machines are normally supplied with:
- Telescopic Spreader
- Four wheel steering
- Closed air-conditioned cab
